- Excludes: computer programming, software development, and training on hardware or software use of the DRX9000 machine
Diagnostics & Repair Advice:
A technician will remotely guide you through a diagnostic check to identify the cause of the problem. If it’s a simple repair, the technician will provide step-by-step instructions for you to fix it yourself or your IT personnel.
Part Details & Complete Repair Estimates:
If the fix requires a replacement part, the technician will identify the necessary part. If you prefer to have the repair done for you, the technician can provide a comprehensive repair estimate covering labor and parts.
