Diagnostics & Repair Advice: Ontech Force’s Axiom DRX9000 repair professionals are ready to assist you over the phone, through remote diagnostics, and provide repair advice via video, text, or messaging apps. Our experienced technicians offer expert guidance to help you identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for your equipment.
Our support services include:
- Problem-specific troubleshooting and resolution
- Excludes: computer programming, software development, and training on hardware or software use of the Axiom DRX9000 machine
Diagnostics & Repair Advice:
A technician will remotely guide you through a diagnostic check to identify the cause of the problem. If it’s a simple repair, the technician will provide step-by-step instructions for you to fix it yourself or your IT personal.
Part Details & Complete Repair Estimates:
If the fix requires a replacement part, the technician will identify the necessary part. If you prefer to have the repair done for you, the technician can provide a comprehensive repair estimate covering labor and parts.
